HireApp payments work with a weekly invoice system - each Monday an invoice for the previous week is sent out to your accounting email address.

In order for us to send this information and invoices on a weekly basis, we will need the information of the person who will be responsible for receiving the invoice: name, last name, email, and phone number.

Each billing period starts on Saturday and ends on Friday.

We guarantee our PROs will be paid for 4 hours minimum, even if they are being released earlier from the shift schedule under one condition- that they are not more than 15 minutes late.

How do charges work?

HireApp does not change overtime at a different rate, so the charge for each shift is simply calculated by time worked (clock-in time to clock-out time) and multiplying it by the hourly rate.

Please note that late-cancelation and short-notice shift fees may apply.
