If you fail to clock in for your shift within 1 hour of the start time the system will flag you as a no-show. However, you can still clock in up to 3 hours from the start of the shift.

After 3 hours, the shift will disappear from the system and you will no longer be able to clock in, resulting in a no-show.

We strive to keep a high level of professionalism, and as such, a no-show constitutes a severe breach of our rules and will lead to immediate suspension of your profile.

If you are having trouble making it to your shift make sure to promptly cancel the shift in the app and provide the HireApp team with the reason for the cancellation.
