Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend a shift make sure to cancel the shift through the app. To cancel a shift, open the “my shifts” tab in the app, select the shift you cannot attend, and cancel it. Failure to cancel a shift you will not attend can lead to a no-show and result in suspension so be careful and make sure to cancel on time any shift you cannot attend.

However, be aware that cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may lead to penalties. We need to keep a high level of professionalism and communication with our clients who provide opportunities to PROs who use our service.

When canceling a shift, it is your responsibility to provide a reason for your cancellation. There you will be able to select one of the options. Make sure to provide a reason to our team in order to avoid penalties. Also, be aware that frequent cancellations will have a negative impact on your account.
