How do I reach out to HireApp if I have questions or concerns?

You can contact the HireApp team via in-app chat located on the profile page under “Contact Support”.

If you run into any problems with your shift, there is a Report a problem button in the shift-tab.

Our support agents are available from 4 AM to 7 PM and usually respond within 1 hour.
