How to create a ticket

To create a ticket, go to your Profile page in the app, and click the “Contact support” button.
Next, you will need to click the “Send us a message” button.

You will be prompted to select one of the options to better assist you, for this example, we will select the “Clock in” option.

You will be prompted to create a ticket and describe the issue you’re having so that someone from the support team can assist you.

Describe your problem in as much detail as you can, and fill in the “Clock in time” section with the time, you started working.
Once our team gets confirmation about the clock-in time, they will assist you further.



Failure to create a ticket and provide us with your clock-in time will result in a no-show and subsequently the inability to process your payment
