Leaving a shift early on your own, without informing the manager and the HireApp team, and without obtaining the manager's permission, may lead to the suspension of your account or removal from the shift. If you need to leave a shift for justified reasons (e.g., health issues), make sure to follow these steps:
Inform your manager and wait for their permission first.
Inform the HireApp team by contacting us via the in-app chat located on the profile page under "Contact Support."
Clock out only after receiving permission from your manager.
Please be aware that leaving the shift earlier than planned on your own and without the manager's permission makes you ineligible for the four-hours fixed rule.
