To be respectful of HireApp PROs’ schedules, please schedule shift times as accurately as possible when you initially book your shift.
Asking a PRO to stay late
If needed, you can ask a PRO to stay later. If they're able to stay later than their scheduled shift, they will be paid until they clock out of the shift. Pros will continue to be paid the same hourly rate. You will be billed as usual.
We will automatically adjust the billing to reflect the time the PRO clocked out, so there's no need to reach out to our Support Team.
Please note: Not all PRO will have the flexibility to stay later than anticipated. If the HireApp PRO is unable to stay later than the original shift schedule, that should NOT be reflected on that HireApp PRO’s ratings!
Sending a PRO home early
You can also send a PRO home early if the PRO has completed all tasks. The time the PRO clocks out will be reflected in your billing. You can also adjust your PRO's clock-out time in the shift overview.
PROs make sacrifices to work your shifts. To compensate the PRO for their time and effort, there's a minimum 4-hour charge for a shift.
