If a PRO arrives late to your shift, you will not be billed for their time until they have checked in via the HireApp app to start working.
Your billing statement is automatically adjusted to reflect the actual shift start time vs. the scheduled shift start time. You will only be charged when your PRO clock in and begin working at your location.
If we identify that a PRO may be arriving late to a shift, our Live Operations team will contact the PRO to confirm their updated ETA (estimated time of arrival) and notify your team immediately.
