How do I build a roster of PROs?

The key here is rating PROs using the partner app - and leaving feedback on their performance. By doing so, we can figure out which PROs work best for you and give them priority to accept future shifts!

You can leave feedback about PROs by leaving a rating for their work at a shift using our client app, or by contacting us at [email protected].

I want a specific PRO on my shifts

It’s awesome that a PRO has shown themselves to be a great addition to your team!

As we cannot guarantee that a PRO will work a certain shift, any PROs you want to add to the regular roster and give priority to pick-up shifts at your outlet, please contact us at our [email protected] email, so we can adjust upcoming shifts.
