How do I clock PROs in/out?

We use a system of unique numeric codes, which the onsite contact receives, and which can be given to PROs to clock in/out.

What is an onsite contact?

An on-site contact is a manager working at the outlet, that is responsible for giving out the clock-in and clock-out codes to PROs.

The on-site contact is the person in charge of the shift who will greet you upon your arrival, provide clock-in and out codes, address any issues, oversee your work, and give feedback on your work.
