Occupational accident insurance, or OAI, is an insurance option that provides both employees and their employers a certain level of financial protection in case of an injury incurred on the job. While working gigs through HireApp as an independent contractor, you are covered by the OAI from the time you clock in until you clock out. Our insurance provider is Intact Insurance.
