Incident Reporting
If you encounter an issue and need to reach out to the Trust and Safety team, follow the steps below to report an incident:
Whenever possible, inform the on-site supervisor or manager about the experienced issues.
Report the incident to the HireApp Trust and Safety Team by completing this form.
Notify the HireApp team through the in-app chat available on the profile page under "Contact Support."
Upon receiving your report, we will initiate an investigation and keep you informed about the subsequent steps.
