The on-site contact is the person in charge of the gig who will provide clock-in and out codes, address any issues, oversee your work, and give feedback on your work.
Each PRO is accountable for locating or contacting the on-site contact and clocking in on time to prevent any discrepancies or actions that could hurt their profile.
The on-site contact's contact information will be provided in the app an hour before the gig start time. You can find it when you go to the gig, then click on the “clock in“ button, and you will see their name and phone number.
