In the 'Shifts' feature of your app, there's an option to enlist yourself in the waitlist for specific shifts. The waitlist is comprised of professionals (PROs) who express their interest in working on particular shifts. Joining the waitlist can increase your chances of being matched, but it does not guarantee it.

You can join a shift waitlist by going to the 'Shifts' tab in your app, selecting the shift you're interested in, and clicking "Apply for Waitlist."

Once a shift becomes available for acceptance, you'll receive a notification, granting you priority to confirm the offered shift. Moreover, even if a shift is initially filled, you can still apply to the waitlist, securing priority for acceptance in case some PROs cancel their participation.
