A PRO is flagged as a no-show if an hour passes and they are still not cocked in. A PRO will still have two more hours to clock in. After two hours have passed, a PRO will not be able to clock in, and their account may be at risk.
Please try to avoid no-call no-shows, as they can cause inconveniences for both sides.
